Predictable
Our clever 3D scanning and planning software lets you see how your new smile will look before treatment begins.
Convenient
Invisalign aligners are removable so you can take them out for eating, cleaning, and more.
Versatile
Invisalign corrects the full range of orthodontic issues including crowding, gaps, misalignment and more.

Our trusted approach to your Invisalign care in Leeds
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. Most people considering advanced care such as Invisalign understandably have lots of questions and concerns about treatments options, outcomes and costs. The dentist’s chair isn’t always the best place to discuss these.
We invite new and existing Invisalign patients to a free consultation with our friendly and knowledgeable Treatment Coordinator in our relaxed Consultation Room.
Using a digital 3D scan of your smile to guide your discussion, you’ll have the time and space to talk though your aspirations and concerns. We’ll advise you on your options, use digital simulation to show you the likely outcomes of treatments and discuss options and prices. You can take that away to think, or book in for the next stage of planning your care with your dentist. Simple.
Your Invisalign journey to a more confident smile
Stage One
Digital design
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with Invisalign, we’ll start by taking a digital 3D iTero scan of your teeth so that your first aligners can be made at Invisalign’s laboratory. We’ll send this to them along with a detailed set of instructions for production.
Stage Two
Invisalign Production
Invisalign® uses advanced 3D computer imaging technology to transform your bite impressions into a series of custom-made clear and removable aligners. There may be as many as 48 in the series or as few as 7, depending on your treatment plan.
Stage Three
The Invisalign Fitting
Invisalign produce the aligners and send them back to us. As soon as we receive them, you’ll be invited back to Finkle Hill Dental to have the first aligner fitted. Your dentist will let you know how to wear and care for your aligner and give you a few additional sets to wear before you return.
Stage Four
Invisalign Treatment
You’ll wear each set of aligners day and night for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush and floss. Total treatment time averages 9 to 15 months but will vary from case to case. You’ll visit us only about every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Or if you prefer, we can monitor remotely.
Stage Five
Smile!
When you’ve finished wearing each aligner in the series, your treatment will be complete, and you will have the beautiful smile you’ve always wanted. To ensure that your perfect new smile stays this way, you’ll wear retainers at night for the first six months and then as instructed by your dentist (usually a few times a week.)
Invisalign FAQs
Your questions about Invisalign answered.
Invisalign is a form of braces that use clear tray aligners. They’re made from Invisalign’s own blend of plastic and manufactured in their own facilities based on scans of your teeth. The aligners are a solid piece of plastic that is strong enough to put pressure on specific parts of your teeth to slowly move them into a better position.
Invisalign uses a series of aligner trays that are replaced every one to two weeks. Each replacement tray will feel slightly different, as it’s designed to continue shifting the position of your teeth.
You need to wear Invisalign trays for most of your day (20–22 hours per day) in order to see results. However, they’re easily removed for eating, brushing, flossing, or for special occasions.
