How to Find Us

Parking

Two hours free parking is available in front of the practice or at the Co-op. There is a disabled parking space outside the practice.

Accessibility

If you require any assistance to make your visit easier please inform reception when you book your appointment. We will then assess and inform you how we can meet your needs. Our practice has a ground floor surgery, consultation room and toilet, but our practice is not able to accommodate all mobility issues. We are able to adapt our services to meet the needs of neuro diverse patients. We have a hearing loop on reception and we can provide materials in braille if required.

Compliments and Complaints

We regularly send out requests for feedback following your appointments with us and always respond to suggestions made. If you have a comment which requires a more detailed response, please follow our complaints procedure. Our aim is to resolve problems before they escalate with a fair and thorough investigation into your concerns.

As a nervous patient requiring three extractions today I was not looking forward to my appointment with Liam O’Hara. He was excellent having followed up my assessment last month and developed a well planned and communicated programme of treatment. He is ably assisted in this by Laura who negotiated the five appointments to suit. Today was a good day - it couldn’t have gone better.
